We ship USPS to the United States and abroad. Please contact us for any special shipping requests. 

*Please note the Shipping times reflect the business days AFTER we receive payment and it is cleared and processed. 

Please be advised, customs duties, taxes and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the country you're shipping to. The buyer is responsible for any extra fees incurred after purchasing and shipping. We ship from the U.S.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.

 

Online Sales Policy

Due to the nature of special occasion merchandise All Sales are FINAL.  No exchanges, no returns.

All Credit Cards Accepted; Visa/MC/Amex/Discover/Paypal.   
Credit Cards  will be charged when shipping date is confirmed through manufacturer or if an item is in stock item.
 

Shipping Charges:

All regular priced gowns ship FREE!

Other items/gowns ship ground UPS $10.00  

UPS 2-day air (Customer pays exact shipping, usually $35-$50)

UPS Overnight (Customer will pay exact shipping,  usually $50-$100)

   
All of our merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipping.  In the event that your package is damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us so we are able to rectify the problem with the carrier and issue you an exchange.
